I’ve been running into issues connecting to battle.net for the past 3 weeks. If you’ve followed my adventures so far, it’s become obvious to you that the problem is on Blizzard’s side, but sadly they are not treating the issue with huge importance. I opened a ticket with their Customer service, and here is the last reply I got from them:
I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I have forwarded along all of the information to our Web Coordinators so that the issue can be investigated. If I get any more information on the situation I will let you know. =)

That was one week ago, and no news since then. I can still not connect to Battle.net through my home network in Japan. If you are running into the same issue and have access to a proxy or a VPN, please do open a ticekt to Blizzard here so that they realize this is impacting more than a handful of people.
